Came back with glasses.
Estoy...

Fobias
You know fobias? There are those irrational walls between you and something that seems completely normal to other people. I have several, most of them I don’t have to deal with on a daily basis, but when I do…  Imagine a flower that was going strong in its little pot and suddenly it gets transplanted into another. It starts bending over and if you don’t check on it often at...

I'm 40 years old and I'm tired of talking about...
Because of this. Lionel Shriver understands it well and is not afraid to say it like it is. But then again, I am with her. When you turn 40, you start losing that ‘chip on your shoulder’ and start rolling your eyes at angry radicals who are nothing but talk.

At last a horoscope that makes me smile
PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20): Ludwig Wittgenstein was a genius. His last book, which influenced many different fields of thought, is regarded as one of the most important philosophy tomes of the 20th century. And yet he was a big fan of foolishness. “If people did not sometimes do silly things,” he observed, “nothing intelligent would ever get done.” Another time he said,...

Starting point

The Novel
I opened the file. It did not kill me. I did not feel nausea. I will submit my chapter on April 9 for feedback.  I am at the library, I have my headphones and I listen to Sigur Ros.  I feel tremendous relief.
